BIG SUP

Giant tables for groups and families. Communication, coordination, cooperation, balance. Our giant SUP boards are the backdrop for hilarious group exercises on the water full of fun and learning.

Crossing or tours, racing, fighting, relay, fitness, yoga, choreography, talent battles and creativity. Everything is possible on the BIG SUP, specially a relaxing bath!

SUP YOGA

An experience of fun and connection mind-body. It consists of doing a Yoga class at sea working on a SUP board. It is a unique experience of connection with nature.

Early morning classes are used to wake us up and energize our body, helping us to keep our minds clear and calm for the rest of the day.

GROUP TRIPS

You can also take guided excursions with an instructor from Llafranc to the beaches of Calella, stop to bathe and take photos. We send you the photos by email.

The duration is approximately 2 hours and each trip is prepared according to the characteristics and expectations of each group.
